About the event

This extended 35 hours workshop is for all yoga teachers and aspiring yoga teachers who want to develop solid teaching skills and unlock full confidence in their capacities.

You will learn how to be a teacher, how to transmit your knowledge with confidence and with the best tools.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN :

- Remembering the roots : Reconnecting with the “why” you choose this path of teaching, with your intention.

- Hands on Assists : How to assist all different categories of asanas, How to assist in a continuous flow without interrupting the student,  Alignement of asanas, Principles of hands on assists, Dos and don'ts while assisting, How to develop confidence in your touch, How to assist while keeping attention on the whole room, and more...

- Yoga Philosophy : How to share it in your classes, techniques to make it easy for you and enjoyable/understandable for your students.
